  4. Pain in testes and groin area. To do?

Pain in testes and groin area
2 days before in night me groin are was paining and I rushed for urine then from that time I have a slight pain in my both tetsicles which goes to groin area(area between stomach and penis).It pains more when I sleep and my legs are closed while working or walking it is irregular just feels discomfort over there. Please suggest what to do
