Pain in stomach
The patient had been unbearable pain in his stomach since frm 48 hrs he has a problem of ulcer in stomach since 15yrs and being diagnosed in mumbai saifee hospital and now d problm is that he doesnt have d capacity to go mumbai frm jaora bcz he has unable to seat correctly so plz plz help us as fast as possible

He may require immediate medical attention to rule out perforation or bleeding from ulcers and patient should be assesed properly for hemodynamic stability... I would suggest you to consult nearest surgeon for clinical examination with all the reports available they will guide you further.... Regards.
