My mother suffering with more pain in stomach because of in ultrasound scan result is simple renal cortical cysts for both kidneys M/S 27x27 m.what treatment take.

Where is exact location of pain? If pain is clinically not related to cyst , we shud think of other cause of abdominal pain. Nothing to do with these small renal cortical cysts.
