I m 11w pregnant. And suffering from constipation and last night I had pain in left side of my stomach. What does it mean

Please have high fibre vegetables and 2 litres of oral fluids .A loaded colon can cause pain the the left side.But please dont take a risk see your doctor and get a scan done
