Pain in stomach
Feeling pain in right side area of stomach. During urination also. Also suffering from high level sugar problem. Thyroid and high blood pressure

Please do urine routine and blood for CBC. also do a USG abdomen and pelvis scan. You can modify diet and exercise for sugar control and BP also continue regular Medicine if already started.
