Pain in stomach, difficulty in urinating
I have attached my report kindly go through it. Walls of my bladder has thickened and one size of my kidney is small. Please tell me what are the complications in this disease, what is the treatment and what are the precaution I have to take.? Is it life threating disease or lower my friends life span? Does he has to spend his life on bed now?

Seems to be a congenital diverticulum. Need to evaluate further with cystoscopy and pressure flow study. Will require diverticulectomy.
