I have been suffering from right shoulder socket pain from 3-4 months. It started after I performed some heavy exercises without warming up. And also I met an accident 2 years ago in which I felled on my right side which made it a little weak, so I guess the pain is due to the combination of these 2 incident

Stop heavy weight excerises for 15 days observe if d pain subsides n gradually start wid mild exercise following minimal weights n if nt subsiding get mri done to get a better picture of ur joint , muscles n ligaments around it if injured
