Pain in scrotum
Hi doc. I have started developing a pain on my scrotum a month ago. Pain was mainly on scrotum, sometime it also felt in the lower back portion. I have visited a  local doc for consultation and he advised me to get an ultrasound scan. In which they found a 3 mm spermatocele. He advised me a capsule called ECod for a month. Today i have done an ultrasound scan again and this time they found a 8 mm spermatocele. Also in first blood report my lymphocytes were 44% with Platelet morphology as adequate in smear. But in todays blood report its 45% of lymphocytes with macro platelet. My father has been diagnosed with lymphoma and currently under chemo. Hence please suggest the next step. And aslo if any medication could relief pain and decrease the size of cyst. I am not at all sexually active. But masturbate few times a week.
