I have back pain [T12 L1]since 6 yrs ,but i am managing with exercises,from past two yrs after using ls LS belt,which i used for six mnths,i started low back pain,in SI joint region ,MRI shows diffuse disc bulge in L4L5,but that pain episodic ,i cant sit for more than 2 hrs,even tough i use cushion,frequent breaks while studying.....i had doubt that is that arthritis of SI joint

Using a belt around your waist takes away the muscle strength you had built up by exercises. Instead start with gradual exercises again. Take care of postures. Hot fomentations and nerve vitamins might help with the pain. Walking is the best proven exercise.
Hello..... If there is inflammation of joint it should be shown by MRI, You may need physiotherapy for pain... Don't carry heavy weights, don't sit in crooked posture, it puts more pressure on back.. Consult orthopedic surgeon with report..Doctor will do the needful....
