  4. Pain in right shoulder and back. Happen!

I did usg report  say my gall bladder is physiological distended, without calculus and no lessons, wall thickening or pericholecystic fluid is seen and I have dull pain in right shoulder and back as well why this happen and when problems happen doctor please tell me why pain happen
