Was the stone detected incidentally during a routine abdominal ultrasound ? If you had asked this question 20 to 30yrs ago the answer would have been cholecystectomy or surgical removal of gall bladder. Nowadays gall bladder stones without any symptoms are left as such but continuing observation is necessary. You may not have pain but are you suffering from indigestion, acidity, heartburn, waterbrash, upper abdominal fullness or discomfort after meals or intolerance to rich fatty, oily foods ? If yes, you are having a symptomatic gall stone disease which requires evaluation by a general and/or laparoscopic surgeon for consideration of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Did you ever have jaundice ?
Next Steps
Take small amount of food at a time. Don't keep your stomach empty for long. Take plenty of water and fluids to prevent dehydration. Avoid fatty, oily and rich foods. May take a Pantoprazole/domperidone combination for 3 months if symptomatic.
Health Tips
If asymptomatic you may take, Tab Udiliv 300 : 1 tab twice daily before or with meals for 3 months. In some cases small stones might melt away with this. In any case consult a surgeon. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME ON MOBILE.

Hello, as per your clinical history is concerned do not worry at all if you have no symptoms and if any symptoms occur in future then go for surgical treatment.
Health Tips
Do follow life style modifications like this- 1)Don't skip meals. Try to stick to your usual mealtimes each day. Skipping meals or fasting can increase the risk of gallstones. 2)Lose weight slowly. If you need to lose weight, go slow. Rapid weight loss can increase the risk of gallstones. Aim to 1 kilogram a week. 3)Maintain a healthy weight. Obesity and being overweight increase the risk of gallstones. Work to achieve a healthy weight by reducing the number of calories you eat and increasing the amount of physical activity you get. Once you achieve a healthy weight, work to maintain that weight by continuing your healthy diet and continuing to exercise. Hope that helps and wish you a good health
