Pain in Right Nipple area

Question

Asked for Male, 35 Years

Since a month now I'm having sharp pain on right nipple area mostly upon touch. No injury. Got sonomamo done which is normal. Nipple is slightly puckered but since many years. I'm taking Augmentin for possible infection. Not much improvement. The other nipple is okay. Any suggestions what this might be?
