Pain in right leg

Asked for Male, 10 Years

My son is 10yrs old, he plays football, also do other activities like dancing, cycling etc. A week ago he fell down while cycling and since then he is complaining pain in right leg near knee.Though we can't see anything in leg by pain is persist.He is still continuing with all activities bt at night and early morning complain for pain. Kindly suggest.

kindly dont ignore do a X-ray knee and meet a orthopedics if required do a MRI knee also. make it urgent as if ignored small things become big over time.
