Since you are a regular computer user ,hence you are likely to have computer vision syndrome. The treatment is two fold. 1..preventive.. follow 20.20.formula ie close your eyes for 20 seconds after every 20 minutes, keep the monitor 20 inches away from eyes, wash the eyes frequently with fresh water, don't sit facing towards the AC or blower, use blue filter lenses, consume lot of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Take break after every 90 minutes. 2.. medical..use so.e lubricant eye drops 3to 4times daily.

I would advise you to get your glass power checked, and also get a dry eye assessment .Due to your high screen time you are more prone to dry eyes .Also use the screen on low brightness and take a break on 5 mins in between work to give your eyes time to relax .
