Pain in Right eye & red eye
Had a slap on left side of my face including eyesight also yesterday by a guy but that time it wasn't painful so I thought it will be alright in a day or so but now after 18 hours of the episode I am still having a minor pain in my Right eye and facing difficulty in brightness please suggest a suitable eye drops thank you

There might be rise in intra ocular pressure due to the blunt trauma or maybe some inflammation in anterior eye or retinal oedema. Is there any decrease in vision?
