My 4 yo son complained of pain in his private part twice while peeing today..I asked him if he hit himself somewhere he said no..and he dont have any urine infection as his urine is clear and frequent..I am not sure if the pain is on the skin or internal as he is not telling clearly..what could be the reason??

If no local swelling ,give lots of water. Sometimes due to dehydration small stone may behave like this ,but plenty of water helps .get a urine microscopy done .
