Hello Dr.
I'm a 22 year old male, for almost a year now I have been suffering from pain in the perineum area. Initially the pain was mild but as of the recent 4 - 5 months the pain has increased substantially. I usually experience this pain after ejaculation, but never during ejaculation or masturbation. Sometimes the pain even spreads to the rectum and penis. I also experience burning while urination and the urine dribbles after a while. I'm really worried that it may be a prostate problem and this has been causing me severe anxiety. I would like to add that I have never had any sexual relations with anyone. Please advise.
