Pain in pennies

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Hi Doctor I am having burning kind of sensation while going for urine in pennis, beginning and ending is very painful from last 5days. Assuming it's due to over heat but its not reducing since last 5days though I am having lot of liquids and other stuff. Initially had similar situation before had surgery for stone in bladder almost 2yrs back. Please suggest me what to do.
