It is possible that you might have contacted an sexually transmitted disease. I would advice you to see a STD specialist or your doctor immediately - swabs need to be sent for culture as well as urine culture and you might need to have one injection of an antibiotic as well as another antibiotic by mouth for a minimum of 7 days.
