Pain in penis. Not in 2018 till date.

I've been masterbating since 2008 till 2019 on an average masterbating daily once in a day. Also was smoking cigarettes since 2014 to 2019 on an average 3 cigarettes in a day. Also started having sex since 2017 till date. In august 2018 i encountered mild pain/discomfort in my left side of penis glans and shaft. When i am having sex 1st time in a day there is no pain but as soon as i ejaculate and withing 10 minutes my erection is back so that erection has some pain or fatigue with it. I have no issues with my erection , it is perfect as it used to be before but that erection has some pain or fatigue which makes me uncomfortable and when flaccid I've no issues with it not even while peeing. Also not taking proper sleep since 2 years. Also till 2017 when i used to wake up i was able to see my morning wood but not in 2018 till date.
