Pain in penile and painless red dots.

Three months ago i had unprotected oral sex, from past 15 days i am having pain in left pelvic area & left testicle (sometimes) feels like a lymph node is swollen. 3 days ago i saw 3-4 small non itchy, painless red dots on my penile and pain inside penile similar to the one in case of UTI (i had it 4-5 years ago). The red bumps lightened the next day and after 2 days i saw another red bump where the shaft ends its dry and painless. I took antibiotic and anti-bacterial course to rule out chlamydia, syphilis and gonorrhoea after a week of having oral sex and followed up with the std test vdrl for syphilis and hiv they came back negative after 3 months. I am awaiting my urine culture report which i will get by tomorrow but the entire thing is making me a alot uncomfortable dow there.
