PAIN IN NECK, LEFT SIDE BACK AND HAND

Asked for Male, 45 Years

SINCE FROM LAST 15 DAYS PAIN IN LOWER END OF NECK, LEFT HAND SIDE BACK AND LEFT HAND. WHEN SHOWN TO DOCTOR, RECOMMENDED FOR XRAY OF SPONDYLISIS. SRAY SHOWN THAT VERTEBRE ARE INTACT BUT LITTLE SWELLING IS THERE ON ONE VERTEBRA. FOR THAT PHYSIOTHERAPY SUCH AS TRACTION AND HEATING BY PAD I AM TAKING FROM 5 DAYS. STILL PAIN WAS NOT STOPPED. SO WHAT TO DO, TO WHICH SPECIALIST THIS CASE SHOULD BE TAKEN PLEASE GUIDE.
