I have pain in neck which is felt only when i am moving my head and i have sore throat as well....is something serious

Start antibiotics amoxiclav 650 mg along with any antispasmodic ..hot water gargling with salt three hourly ..take hot compress

It could be simple muscle spasm associated with tonsillitis
