Pain in Neck and back of head
Hello, I am suffering from very bad pain in the back of my head. It starts from behind the right ear and extends to the base of the neck. It also covers the entire area in the back of the head. Happens more when I sleep at night.

Need proper workup. For now, have tab. Myotop p -1 tab bdpc x 5 days Tab. Pan 40- 1tab odac x 5 days Come for online consultation, it is most likely cervical spondylosis. Need to investigate n take necessary history.
