Methocarbamol is muscle relaxants which are just one of the many types of medications that can be used to treat spasticity or spasms.   I would suggest to consult an orthopaedic physician and to take only doctor prescribed medication instead of self medicating. Muscle relaxants are not supposed to be taken without a proper prescription and also these are not OTC drugs.
Next Steps
Do consult your orthopedic physician or I would suggest you can consult me on Practo one on one if you wish to  get rid of pain with help of homeopathy
