Pain in muscles, joints, fever, hbv, tb
Since 2 years, he is suffering from joint pain, muscle pain, weight loss, sometimes fever. Has HBV with less viral load for which he has taken medicine one year back. He may have TB as heredity disease but is unable to detect because of no bulghum. He has shown in pgi Chandigarh almost all departments. Hepatology, rheumatology, orthopedic, pulmunology, neuro. But unable to detect the issue. His Father is SCI - C level. So since 4 years he is doing all his chores like cleaning, shifting him from bed to wheelchair, so most of his routine in lifting weight. From few days he is suffering from sore throat. Please suggest the correct course as unable to find the main cause or disease.

He may be suffering from hepatitis B related vasculitis or another autoimmune disorder. Diagnosis would require a detailed history and investigations
