Pain in multiple areas

My sister has gone through TB in Jan 2020 and treatment is going still, but there are pain at multiple areas, like ear, back, throat, The current Dr. Who is taking treatment said to show local MD doctor but no one available, during these covid lockdown, can some MD may help us online, she is really in pain

For pain relief occasionally flexion or ibugesic plus can be taken. Otherwise if she is on TB treatment she needs to get few blood tests and examination done before coming to a conclusion, as of now she can take above medicines.
