Pain in middle of the chest

Last 15 days I suffered with gastric problem
But I don't feel gastric problem now
From last 2 days I feel pain in my middle of the chest some time
I consulted a physician He took ECG and he told nothing major
I still in confusion of Is it cardio prob or gastric prob

That’s why I always say that cardiac issues are very difficult to solve online. Whole history is required including lifestyle, other underlying diseases, smoking , obesity profile and so on. Chest pain requires detail explanation including site, characteristic, intensity and so on

Your ECG looks fine except for some sinus arrhythmia which is normal. No need to worry. If you still need to be very sure get your stress test and echo done.
