Pain in middle of back
Twice in last one week night I have experienced very tight stomach.I thought it would be gastric problem so had gelusil syrup. The main issue is when I face this issue in middle of my back I feel a muscle catch/pain where I could not able to sleep also. After 6-8 hours the pain gradually reduces and hardly I sleep 3-4 hours.
I want to know whether this is gastric issues??

Get an Ultrasound of abdomen. You may have stones in Gall Bladder
