Hello can you please share his reports. Or if possible discharge your patient from this hospital and take him to another hospital. Share the discharge summery . Since online consultation cannot give opinion on the patient condition without availability of record. If you feel that he has been subjected to unwanted investigations and treatment then best is to take a second opinion in another hospitals . Yes if you can provide with his all blood reports and CT report plus his treatment then probably anyone doctor in panel can advice you properly as what to be done. Meanwhile I suggest you to seek a second opinion

Hi The  pain in marked  area is  suggestive  of  heart  pain. In your  case  the  patient  is  diabetic Many  times  in diabetic patient  does  not  show  any  signs  of  heart  attack or  chest pain. Or  ECG  may  come  normal  initially  in any  chest  pain   case So  second  ECG  is  needed  to  take  after  1  hour. So  they  might  be  told  you  to  get  admit  for  observation. You  can  share  your  reports  with me  So  that  I  can  guide  you  better.
