I started learning boxing 2 weeks ago....in starting as i do running or jogging i felt sudden pain in my lower right leg bone area..but thought i was due to change in my daily routine but now the pain increases day by day....even by simple walking , or climbing stairs i got that sudden pain in my leg what should i do?

For a beginner in jogging it is common to get shin pain and anterio-lateral compartment leg muscle strain ,consult orthopedic surgeon get evaluated
