Pain in lower right abdomen

I have pain in lower right abdomen, plus if i sit for a long time the pain increases and get a severe back ach which ends after a couple of minutes.

Since how long do you have the symptoms? Amy associated urinary symptoms? You need to get USG scan of abdomen to find the cause for the pain. Also a urine routine examination. We can treat it accordingly
