Pain in lower back
Hii. I am suffering from a back ache since a long time. The pain is in the middle of lower back. It is not permanent but develops slowly when i sit in one position for hours. I tried exercising and yoga stretching but since last week it is not working. I also tried hot water bottle treatment. Please suggest.
