Pain in lower back
Hello.. I am 23 years old boy.. sir I am staying in PG for my study so that I need to cook self and also need to wash dishes self.. my water tap is little lower so need to bend during wash them .. 2 days ago when I washing my dishes I am suddenly having pain in lower back and form then I am felling pain in lower back when I was bend or stretch my back.. so what to do..

Hi first you avoid bending suddenly weight lifting etc .take complete bed rest for couple of days along with pain relieving medication..if not improved consult me..
