Pain in lower back after c section
I had a c section, almost 6 month back... but my regular menstrual cycle started from last month (5th month).. from beginning of my mensus my legs ache started,  starting from lower back... its almost regular... even when I wake up in morning, it took an hour or more to normalize my legs... i m taking calcium tablets regularly... what should I do now?

Do exercise. take vitamin D and L carnitine. if it persists, consult doctor.
