Pain in lower abdomin

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I have lost my virginity on 28-03-2017. It happened without protection. I took iPill within 12 hours and after 2 hours of taking the pill, bleeding started and it's still bleeding. Due date for the periods was around 8-04-2017. Until a day before, I experienced pain in lower abdomin and each time I went to pee, felt some tickling(that usually is felt due to some infection) at vagina. Are these common after the first time, or there can be something worth worrying about ?
