Pain in lower abdomen
Pain in lower abdomen in my 4th week of pregnancy. Its feel like menstrual cramp.  Is it normal? Also no nausea or vomiting.

No nausea and vomiting is fine. But pain is not. please reach your gynecologist and get a early pregnancy scan done for location of pregnancy.
