Pain in lower abdomen
I have a spot pain on the right side of my lower abdomen, which I cannot pin point. This pain had come once two weeks back and subsided on its own. Now it has come back since yesterday, and does not seem to reduce. It is not unbearable, nor can I make out any swelling in the area. But it hurts when I change my position or cough. Is this hernia or appendicitis. I carry my heavy lap top bag every day and my job is sedentary. Requesting your expert opinion. Thanks
