Pain in lower abdomen
Hi i have pain in lower abdomen during ovulation. I have this every month. I have a 1 year old baby and married for 3 years. Can you please let me know the reason for pain.

Hello, you might have mistaken it , woman cannot point out the day of ovulation ,you might be having pain during Menstruation.That's called dysmenorrhea ,it can be primary means no known reason or secondary , Pain usually is felt in the lower abdomen or back. They can be mild to severe. . For best relief, you should take ibuprofen as soon as bleeding or cramping starts, Place a heating pad or hot water bottle on your lower back or abdomen.Rest when needed.Avoid foods that contain caffeine. Women who exercise regularly often have less menstrual pain.
