Pain in lower abdomen constantly

Asked for Female, 36 Years

Ihave a pain in my lower abdomen from past two months .earlier it was when involved in physical contact but now it is felt constantly. During urination from last 3days i feel irritation and pain .I can feel that from then only I vagina is wide open .lhave started feeling urination every now and then pls suggest something about my problem
