Pain in left testis & feeling uncomforta

Asked for Male, 27 Years

In first first time swollen scrotum then it get normal and felt a lump in left testis after a week. When I took medicine hard lump also vanished and again it started slight pain in left testis. After 5-6 months, I feel pulpy like mass in right testis with pain in left side.I also done 3 times USG having different reports in different times. What should I do? Note: I do masturbate on regular basis also.
