Pain in left testicles

Asked for Female, 26 Years

One day back due to some unusual position while sleeping, i guess my left testicle got pressed or something. When I woke up there was pain when I touch my left testicles.there is no redness or swelling. the pain has decreased a bit, but still any type of sensation or touching around that area gives s pain..but pain intensity is reduced .
