Pain in left testicle
I feel pain in my left testicle when I touch the scrotum while taking a shower or if I touch it when adjusting my underwear. I don't feel any pain or discomfort otherwise.
I realised it was only when I touched it from below and or the side and it feels a bit sensitive after shower because I had to clean the area; I don't use pressure or anything there. I have no pain on the right side.
Would be helpful for some perspective.
