Pain in left side of hydrosechle

Asked for Male, 39 Years

I usually feel pain at left part of hydrosechle, left thigh, even neck and left shoulder. I am obese too. I had physical relation with someone. I am afraid is it STD. Even I went to HIV screening test I was negative. Why it's pain at left side of body specially hydrosechle of left side. Is it curable. Why it is happening. I need advice on this.
