Hello there.
Has it worsened over the period of time or has it been the same?
Are there restriction of movements? I mean are there movements which you were able to do before and not able to do now?
I suggest you get a xray of the affected elbow and shoulder done. And then consult a orthopedician with the xray or repost the question later with the details so that we will be able to help you further.
