Pain in left leg
I lift some heavy weigh on my legs teo days back. and after some time i started feeling pain in left leg. area of pain is above thigh near waist from front side of leg. I feel difficulty in raising my leg(like marching) what must be the reason? what should I do?

May be due to herniated disc...Ensure that you maintain an appropriate posture while working or sitting or walking....Take frequent stretch breaks and drink lots of water...Discontinue using pillow while sleeping straight...Do not lift heavy objects, especially after bending down....Eat a healthy wholesome meal which should satisfy your minerals and proteins requirement...take over the counter pain medications.. Consult nearest orthopedic surgeon they will do the needful.

Hello. The reason must be either nerve root impingment or disc herniation. You can go to a nearby Ayurveda Doctor for Katibasti and Basti Karma. Ensure your bowel movements are appropriate. Avoid forward or back bending.
