Hello doctor from 2-3 months i having joint  pain in left knee. Even I can't running fastly. And specially its paining in using steps Plz give me correct information .iam scaring from that can I be normal or not

get your vit D3 test done.May be your bony calcium is less or blood test will give u clue.consult orthopedic surgeon
