Pain in left chest & armpits

Asked for Male, 25 Years

About 1 month I feel pain heaviness in my left chest so I do a ecg which is not normal so I do a echo test which is normal .. & stress TMT test which is also normal.. still sometimes I feel heaviness & pain in my left chest..here is my report
