Pain in knees and bottom of feet
I am 18 years old from haryana , got admitted in University in Rajasthan recently. After few weeks of coming here I noticed pain in bottom of the feet when I wake up. It happens for a while . I have trouble walking that time and then it fades away. Somebody suggested multivitamins nd Vitamin A+D. I eat fruits too. But now my knees have started paining too. Should I wait if it is due to environment change or is it something serious ?
