Pain in knee joints
My left knee was injured 1yr ago. There was a very small ligament tear.. Everything was fine but now my knee pains when i fold my legs or when i use stairs. Doctor said it is because of weak bones and he gave me medicines but still there is a pain.

Do massage with sesame oil up & down side of knee for 15 minutes afterwards hot fomentation for 10 minutes. According to Ayurveda its better to get done JANU BASTI a ayurved therapy for knee. To give strength to bones as well tendons & muscles . Avoid oily spicy food & fermented food. Good day

Ice application 3 times a day with wearing knee cap in morning 4 hrs n evening 4 hrs may help. If no benefit out of this platelet rich plasma therapy wud be best option there wud be 3-4 sitting required.
